What’s up with Firefox?

Is it just me, or is the Firefox browser getting buggier with each release? If I have too much going on in the browser, it shuts down on me with no warning. Or it won’t allow me to click on any links. Or, like right now, it won’t allow me to Quit. Seriously. The “Quit Firefox” menu option is greyed out right now. What’s up with that?
